Managing Inspections

Add a facility to manage property inspections on a regular basis. Maybe look at adding a report to display all property inspections and when the next inspection is due.

Or allow integrating software like Kaptur that is used by NLA and many other companies for inventory management.

Suggested to cut down on admin time; scanning uploading photos, emailing etc

Another inventory software we tried is Inventory Hive which is also great and allows merging 360 and 3D photos.

Today there's a lot of companies making similar inventory and periodic inspections and it would be extremely helpful to be able to have one of them merged with landlord vision.

Agreed - LV is a great hub for nearly everything but from accounts do documentation and signatures but the inventory template is a real letdown compared with Hive or similar. They can sort out this and bank integration then it will be everything required in one place.

As 360 cameras are becoming cheaper and faster to use maybe allow adding 360 camera images for periodic inspections.

To help assist with large portfolio of properties, house inspection section is a must so you can see how frequently you have visited a property and also what work needs doing.  In most cases, house inspections must be completed or it makes your house insurance invalid.
Reports for this feature I would definitely recommend too.

Would be beneficial to have a checklist/function for managing house inspection for a large portfolio.

The ability to write notes, take photos and also link to task function would be great. Thanks

This would be a great addition to LLV. The ability to record the inventory for each property and update with comments/photos for each inspection and then print out/email a report would be fantastic
