property address needed in tenant service desk tickets
When tenant creates a ticket the title should automatically include the property address. Alternatively, property address should be automatically added to a searchable tag. When we start tickets as landlords we try to remember to include the property address, but the tenant never does - understandably since for them there is only one property.
This facility would greatly improve management for all landlords who have more than one property.
