Rent Reminders: Automatically Email Rental Invoices to Tenants

You can now automatically send rent reminders from within Landlord Vision.

Before you start

• You should complete a document header to go at the top of your invoices before you send them.

• You can also add payment details to them as well.
• Please also review the email that is sent with the invoice.  You can see this under Settings > Email Templates and then click the down arrow next to Tenant Module Invite and select Invoice from the dropdown list. 

Creating automatic rent reminders

When creating (or editing) a tenancy, enable the Automatically Create Invoices and Automatically Email Invoices to Tenants tick-boxes.

This will ensure your tenants receive the invoices at 10am on the day that they are created.
