End of Period Statement

The End of Period Statement (EoPS) is the process that allows someone to finalise their business income.  An EoPS must be completed for each source of business income and Landlord Vision allows you to do that for your property income.  If you have other businesses and therefore other sources of income, you need to complete another EOPS for it in another piece of software.

As the name suggests, an EoPS must be completed at the end of an accounting period and is your final submission that needs to be completed before the 31st January of the following tax year.

Once all of your Quarterly submissions have been completed, check over your EoPS in Landlord Vision.  Simply click Submit End of Period Statement to send this to HMRC and close out your tax submissions for the year.  You will be asked to confirm the declaration before you send it.
