cannot enter historical data prior to when i created my LV account
This is just too frustrating.
It looks to me like this software has nbot been properly tested for the real world.
Cannot change property tenant is occupying etc etc
save button on LHS rather than RHS (out of sight)
It took a while to find how to save (and in fact edit) records since the save/edit button is inexorably on the far right of the screen. When the window is not maximised, it can be invisible.
notes field on reports
Ability to add notes which get pulled into reports for supplementary information
Expenses - as well as custom dates include Current FY and Previous FY selection bar
Default to CY or PY or All Time as preferred.
Sceduled times for calendar entries
Currently no time schedules (start time / end) in the calendar system
EPC records
It would be handy to be able to record EPC's and expiry details and get warnings for these
Add an attachment to Identity and Address
Need an option for attachment on the Identity and Address tab
Chronological sorting of Reports > Property occupancy / Vacancy
Can I suggest having the option to sort Reports > Property Occupancy and Reports > Property Vacancy by expiry date first when printing the report as they don't seem to generate in any particular order at all (and its too long winded to export to excel and sort from there). In act it would be useful in general if all reports generated either sorted chronologically by default or at least had the option for the user to do this. I think i suggested this for expiring certificates also to help prioritising those that need more immediate action
Be able to view a time record showing how long I spend entering data into Landlord Vision
With the tax changes and moving over to a limited company my accountant wants to know how much time I spend looking after my portfolio. So it would be useful to be able to view a log to see when and for how long I'm logged onto Landlord Vision entering data.
