FIXFLO - Maintenance management similar to FixFlo within LV

We use Arthur online at work. It has the option for tenants to raise an issue through a specific tenant app including photos of the issue which the landlord can then send to their contractor of choice as a work order. The contractor can first submit a quotation if it is required before attending to the issue and submitting an invoice. The initial tenant report, contractor quotation, work order and invoice are all logged against the tenancy/ property with costs which can be easily reviewed to identify annual maintenance costs and trends. Is this something that could be added to LV.

We used Arthur online before switching recently to LV. The problem with their maintenance function was that it was too complicated for most of our contractors to use. It only needed to simply email them the work order whereas they had to go through many clicks to find out what to do so most wouldn't use it

We're currently using Fixflo and while we don't particularly like it as the work flows are overly complex and the UI/UX too unintuitive, we continue to do so for lack of better options. It is not cheap either. If LV could deliver the quality of software that they did with property management to property maintenance I think it would be a huge advantage for landlords like us.
