EPC - show on Property manager - Properties page - 2025 Band C
With the law changing in 2025 to say that all rental properties must be EPC band C or better then this makes the EPC information very important. Especially when it mentions £30,000 fines (per property) for landlords that don't comply.
It would therefore be very handy to display the EPC rating for my properties at a glance rather than having to download the attachments and check there. That would give me peace of mind I'm compliant.
The best place for this would be on the Property manager where all your properties are listed.

I agree this would be very useful, I assume it is just a matter of putting in the option in the back end and when we up load the document / fill in the certificate form (expiry date, EPC assessor, etc, we can put in the EPC band as well) would then be great if we can pull that info into a document showing all properties and their EPC bands.
