Have you seen Early Warnings => Overdue Payments and also Reports => All Reports => Tenant Reports => Overdue Rents and Charges? Both of these areas can look at all arrears for the whole portfolio. Hope this helps.

Whilst it is not possible to add the RLA template to the software, you can upload it to Documents and populate it using the merge fields under Tenant Manager => Mail Merge.
