We use Arthur online at work. It has the option for tenants to raise an issue through a specific tenant app including photos of the issue which the landlord can then send to their contractor of choice as a work order. The contractor can first submit a quotation if it is required before attending to the issue and submitting an invoice. The initial tenant report, contractor quotation, work order and invoice are all logged against the tenancy/ property with costs which can be easily reviewed to identify annual maintenance costs and trends. Is this something that could be added to LV.
