Thanks, I will stay with LV, I've emailed reciepts to LV and they are going in nocely, also reconciled with my bank statement. 

Sole traders also need to do the quarterly tax returns that 'Making Tax Digital' (MTD) will require.

I like this software, can I start again on a clean sheet ? I also prefer that HMRC does not check out my previous 5 years as I only use this app for expenses only and dont  list the rent collected.

Also I have entered IKEA as suppler about 5 times now .. yet this does not merge into one... so I copy and correct in excell for my final report.

Please let me know ASAP .. as I am considering to swap to another software for a fresh start now Im more experienced.

This is an open ended lease .. without end date. Notice is served by either part to end the lease ..there are new legal clauses..

But I cant make a lease in Landlord Vision unless I add an end date.
