We're currently using Fixflo and while we don't particularly like it as the work flows are overly complex and the UI/UX too unintuitive, we continue to do so for lack of better options. It is not cheap either. If LV could deliver the quality of software that they did with property management to property maintenance I think it would be a huge advantage for landlords like us. 

If anyone has had any success with property maintenance platforms other than Fixflo we would be interested to hear! Thanks
