Scan or photo receipts/expenses

It would be very handy if i could scan or photo  receipts/expenses and import into the Accounts similar to Tap1.

It would be brilliant if i could scan a receipt and the receipt details goes direct into my portfolio accounts. 

This function is available with other accounting software =  Tap 1 and Quickbooks

Unsure if you are talking about the app or if this before it was available on the web -but having this facility in app would make life a lot easier!!

Integration with ReceiptBank would be very helpful. 

upload images of work done by contractors to verify the quality of work done

It would be great to store copies of all expense invoices here. No large paper files to retain.

Hi all

As some of you may have seen, we have now launched our Receipt Scanning Service. Upload your receipts in Property Manager > Scanned Receipts and begin creating your expenses

Further to the launch of the receipt scanning features, we have been increasing the options for uploading your receipts to the software.  It is now possible to upload your receipts via a dedicated Dropbox folder which you can save your pictures to once you've photographed or scanned your receipt.  Pictures uploaded to this folder will be automatically added to the processing queue and will be available when you log in.  We will be adding more cloud storage apps in the coming weeks

Also, you can set up an email address and send your receipts to that, or get your suppliers to send send their receipts to it

Hi, can you explain how the Dropbox feature works? I cannot see any option to link to a drobox account or access a dropbox account in my portfolio.  Thanks

Please log into Landlord Vision, go to Property Manager > Scanned Receipts and click on 'Connect to Dropbox'.

Has anyone had any issues sending receipts from an i-phone at all? We are sending them through via the personal email address that is created but not getting them?
