You can add carbon monoxide alarms under Property Manager > Properties > click on the property > Property Essentials tab > Alarms and Codes.  Click Add New Alarm an select Carbon Monoxide off the list

Hello

I'm talking about the Facilities under main information there should be smoke alarm, CO Alarm with option to select battery or wired and installed date so we know when to replace them.

Otherwise smoke alarms under Facilities should be removed as its going to be duplicated under Property Essentials and could become out of sync. 

A new feature should be items added to Property Essentials should display as a summary in main information so don't have to dig for the information

We have now done the following:

Property Manager > Properties > Property > Main Information > Facilities - add 'CO Alarms' after 'Smoke Alarms' with an option to enter the number of CO alarms. The information about the CO alarms, if any, should also appear on the Welcome Pack report under the 'Property Details' section.
