Email multiple recipients at same time

Thank you for your immediate response. Can we also include copy furnish or "cc". Right now we can only send to one email. Can we send more than one email address?

We would also like to be able to send to more than one email address for cases where there are joint tenants as well as those tenants who tend to chop and change their email addresses...

This is absolutely essential for HMO properties and completely agree with all other statements above.

When I want to send an email to multiple tenants about a single tenancy matter, I have to send multiple emails which takes more time, and the recipients are not aware that multiple recipients (other than just them) have received the email.  So, I think this feature should certainly be added for a better and more efficient user experience.

This is URGENT and essential.

I've just emailed all my tenants with the updated How to Rent Guide.  I exported all active tenants contact details to excel, then copied and pasted into my email client.  This feels like something that Landlord Vision could do.  The proviso would also be that some sort of proof of emailing would also be required.

I would like to email the local authority about a council tax liability change and cc all the tenants at the property.

I'd also like to email all the tenants in the block about fire alarm and similar announcements. 

LV should really enable this, not only will it make the whole process muck quicker, but will also keep a vital log for future reference.

I need to send an email to all my tenants.  LV seems to have 99% of the functionality to do this, but it seems you can only select one recipient at a time.   Bad design.   You should be able to build a list of recipients, select the template and send.

We have multiple tenants and general emails to them all is a regular requirement. The old Landlord Management software had this facility, so should LV. Thanks

Agree that this is vital. Even without HMOs almost all our tenancies are joint, so you should be able to send to both of them. This applies for maintenance and legal/financial issues.

Yes this function would be SO useful. Sending an email to all current tenants, or to be able to select tenants from a check list

Yes this definitely needs to be done now ASAP... The original suggestion was 3 years ago common LV make this happen..

Yes this is a must.

and we should be able to search for tenants email addresses via the property address - with HMO's for example you don't always remember everyones names so this would save time looking it up. 

This would save a lot of extra work and have everything on one system so everyone in my team who uses LV is up to date with what's going on communication concerning inspections, maintenance etc 

Just reading through, looks like people have been asking for this for the last 6 years and it has still not been actioned....  

i am directing this direct to landlord vision. if people are requesting and asking for this, why is it not being taken seriously and being completed? it is not a massive ask from your clients.

This is feature is definitely needed as soon as possible. Dismayed I  have email each tenant individually, very time consuming for me, easy fix for you. 

Paula, I agree, this really should be actioned as a priority.  I was really surprised to find that it was not already possible to email multiple tenants.

really need this feature so we can email all our tenants things like mould advice at this time of year , have you checked your smoke detector recently ?  etc
