Store details of ground rents and estate management fees etc.

I have a flat that I pay a bunch of extra things for:

  • Ground Rent
  • Separate insurance
  • Estates Management fees.

These are all paid annually.


As far as I can see, Landlord Vision has nowhere to store this information, and more importantly, it can't warn me when these things are due for renewal like it does for Gas Safety Checks.

For all leasehold properties it would be great to upload all the info for the lease, including the lease for easier management.
