Uploading PDF copy invoices to expense items

This would save hunting around through paper invoices or trawling through supplier emails to find copies of invoices. Ability to upload a PDF copy when the expense is created would be very useful, almost essential. All other online accounting packages now have this.

We already have this feature.  On the Add Expense screen click the Attach button underneath the Cost Type.  The file will then be available under Property Documents in the relevant property

Thanks for pointing this out. I should have seen it myself.

However, rather then going back to the relevant Documents tab and picking out the invoice from among the many other uploaded documents, it would be great to have a direct link to the PDF itself in the "View Expense" screen.



Both your suggestions already exist - when you click on an expense you can then click on the associated document that was uploaded with that expense.
