The ability to record information about Landlord Licence: early warning and expiry dates etc.

Hello

You can already do this.  Create a fake property (called General, or maybe even your registered address) and then add a new certificate for it.  Add a new Certificate Type called Landlord Property Licence, enter the details and save it.  When it is due to expire, the licence will appear on your Expiring Certificates list
