I would like to be able to add an invoice that is not related to a tenancy, just a bog standard service invoice
I use landlord vision for all my houses but I also do some consultancy and would like to just add a sales invoice as a portfolio invoice to bill this work

You can create non-rental invoices in Property Manager > Income, is this suitable for you? If not can you provide us with some details?
