Ability to setup mortgage with a fixed rate period and SVR rate after fixed rate period has ended

Hello Gurvinder

This functionality already exists.  Set up the mortgage as per the fixed term period and then go to the Loan History tab and select Change Loan.  You can then record the interest rate at the time that the variable rate begins
