Multiple tenants on one TA - rent payment rules duplicate

When we create a tenancy for students they mostly have the same payment rules for their rent but at moment we have to create each one individually within the group which involves much duplication and is very time consuming - could there be a duplicate facilty where we could just change the name for example - saving all the input time ?
