Prompt for issuing rent increase notices

Once you have set up a tenancy, you can use the early warnings feature to prompt you of this.  Open up your tenancy > Edit Tenancy > Early Warnings > Remind me on Specific Date, or you can create a tasks in the Calendar

Thanks for that.  I thought early warnings were relating to tenancies going onto rolling, or one of the items on the drop down box.   Since I posted that I did use the calendar tasks.

We put them in as a expiring insurance, and in the reference write rent increase due, same for inspections, its not ideal but its our way around.
