TASKS - Needs a editable footnote section inside of the descriptions box which can stay or not.

There should be as is on emails a editable footnote section as i am finding it tiring keep typing the same things such as COVID-19 Advise and such like.

It would also be nice if the tasks were able to be editable pre-layout in the description too so i can put the purpose of attendence, who will be attending and the object of the excersise etc.
