Tasks from and to the app with photos

Out on site doing external inspection, would be useful to be able to take notes e.g. measurements, materials required etc. via the phone app plus a few photos   So when back in front of PC get them converted into tasks and then email them to suppliers to get quotes.  Visibility on the phone would help when loading up tools i.e. what I need to take with me and also to remind myself  what tasks need doing when I am already at the property and have an odd hour to spare, without getting out the laptop.
