scanned images folders

On the screen where you upload your images, there is a New Folder button which you can use for this

Trying out the scanned images. 1) Am I correct the basic service does not offer this service at all.

2) I have scanned in one image and for some reason it has identified a completely different company

1) At present this service is only available in the Plus plan and not the Essentials plan

2) If the software makes a mistake, you can override it.  If you have any further questions about this, please contact us via the helpdesk
