Currently having to delete old safety checks

Currently when you add a safety certificate (i.e a gas cert) you have to delete the old one for the due alert to go away. It seems counterintuitive to have to delete the old ones. It would be better if I could add in "Gas Cert 2021" with expiry date of 2022 which would override the due date for "Gas Cert 2020". I'd like to be able to see a history of the certificates completed in LV rather than having to log into another system to see older certs.

I was thinking the same thing yesterday, I hope this get done.

Totally agree. Good to see a history/paper trail.  Don't really want to delete old certificates.

However, I have just seen that if you select them, you can hide them. This means they disappear from the Warning list but don't get deleted from the property section.

Yep I was just updating my certs and thinking exactely the same.  I don't want them listed eveni f they aren't printed on the  welcome sheet/ removed from warning.  I would just like to be able to pop them into an archive.  Seems a shame to go to the trouble of uploading them for them just to disappear altogether.  To much trouble to copy them out of landlordvision and then have to copy them back into property documents.

HI Folks,  just discovered that if you go in and amend the safety cert information on LV and then upload the new certificate onto the amended information the old certificate gets removed but it stays in the property documents folder.  I assume it would be easy enough to create an archive folder and then put the certs into that. :)
