Active Subscription invoicing
Have the Subscription only charge for Active tenancies. Why do you have to state how many you want to be invoiced for. The system can quite easily see how many you active tenancies you have.
You could have the system pop up a message saying the cost will increase as and when a new active tenancy is added.
Customer support service by UserEcho
Hello
Thank you for your post
Landlord Vision charges for active tenancies. You can see the number of active tenancies that you have in the top right-hand corner of the Tenant Manager > Tenancies screen. Future tenancies will count as well if there is no Expiry Date set for the tenancy it is replacing.
Also, if you are at your tenancy limit and you add another new tenancy, a message will pop up informing you that you have reached your tenancy limit and you need to upgrade
If you have any further questions, please contact us via the helpdesk using support@landlordvision.co.uk
Kind regards

Hi Roy,
Thanks for responding quickly, but I don't think that's the case. When I started this package, I had indeed got the pop-up message when I needed to upgrade the number required.
As I was populating and with the 90% discount price, I set this figure to 40 and this was close to the final number I needed. The cost was under a £10, so I was not unduly worried.
I am now on the non-discounted pricing.
With the Current Plan - 'Upto 40 active tenancies' set, the invoice for November 2022 is: £69.48
So, I have gone into the portal to change the Active Tenancies value, the lowest number allowed was 36, which I agree is the number I have and I have now changed the subscription to 36 and the system informs me that from the 1st December my subscription will be £64.20.
I have never had 40 tenancies on this portal at any time, so it's not a change in Deposit numbers in the billing month, but the £69.48 is the price quoted for 40 active tenancies.
What this tells me, is that the system does not actively count the number of active tenancies, but uses the number set in the Current Plan option.
Thanks
Hello
Yes, you set a tenancy limit and your tenancies need to be equal to or less than that limit. If you only have 36 tenancies, then set that to be your limit.
Kind regards
