To be able to assign an expense to more than one property and not the whole portfolio

Kristy Plumb 2 years ago updated 2 years ago 2

When adding an expense, it would be nice if it was possible to assign it to multiple properties, as opposed to one or the whole portfolio. For example, if you buy a singular item that is only required for 3/17 properties.

Hello Kirsty

Thank you for your request

The software has this in already.  Break your expense down in to three and press Another Line a couple of times.  Record the same item on each line and set the Property to be different on each line.  Make sure that the total on the expense is correct

Kind regards

Roy

Hello,

I think my request has been misinterpreted- I issued a ticket about this the other day and was told that this is not currently possible, but to post on here for possibility of feature being added in the future.

I'm meaning when you do credit card expenses for the whole month in one expense form and one of the items within this expense is used for multiple properties but only charged once- the section where it says assign to a property only allows you to pick one, or say portfolio cost.

Kind regards,

Kristy
