In mortgages section of Finance Manager, it is only possible input fixed payment BTL mortgages. It is not possible to input an interest only variable payment mortgage over a non portfolio property-.

suggest rename heading "reference" to "payment details" as it is not clear that if you don't enter a reference, the payments schedule shows a blank making it difficult to know what the payment was for
