yes I also use the scanned and email in receipts but it doesn't work for credit notes you cannot create a credit note like you can with an invoice receipt 

really need this feature so we can email all our tenants things like mould advice at this time of year , have you checked your smoke detector recently ?  etc 

yes all but 1 of my tenants have registered to their tenant portal but when I upload a new document which is shared with them they have no knowledge and I find once registered they never bother using it again we 1) we have no idea of when the tennat last logged in 2) they need to be automatically notified by email when a document is shared with them 3) if there was a tenant app they would be notified of a change or addition

this would be useful to see most /least profitable properties 

yes I agree, tenants soon lose the module web link. It would be better if they had an app which once downloaded would remain on their smart device

I have tried to add a scanned total credit note and it will not allow me. Basically, I ordered something from screwfix which went through my bank ok with the scanned invoice. I cancelled the order and received a credit note and a refund into my bank. But I get the message "total price may not be a negative amount"
