Date tested could be expanded to include a historical log of testing dates.

It would also be useful to have a report that lists all the maintenance items (tasks) for the property, with the ability to filter by due date (e.g. overdue, due in next week, due in next month, etc). Also a report on completed tasks.

Also useful to be able to record purchase price paid and place/date of purchase.
