To help assist with large portfolio of properties, house inspection section is a must so you can see how frequently you have visited a property and also what work needs doing.  In most cases, house inspections must be completed or it makes your house insurance invalid. 
Reports for this feature I would definitely recommend too. 

I also think it will be a great idea to have this expiry date of the right to rent in “early warnings” too so you don’t have to keep checking your calendar.
