Just to say that the Knowledge base is missing any mention of the new White/Brown Good  section.

What I would like to say about this White/Brown Goods section is that it would be really helpful if it could have: 

Tick box -  Registered with Manufacturer (The government is pushing everyone to register their appliances in order to receive SAFETY alerts about faulty products) 

TEXT box - Manufacturers Name &  contact details if Tenant needs advice about a safety issue (or does not/can not read the attached booklet)   

ALSO - because this section is virtually the same across all properties more drop prompts would be good - I made these today 

Having suddenly discovered the formatting , hyperlink and image options available in this Knowledge Base Comments box - available for communication from LLV users and LLordV ....

I HAVE TO SAY  please can we have some of these options in the  'ADD TASKS' Note Section  box - the  one size format option in this space is really restrictive when your trying to plan out steps of a small task/mini project -   then my planning could look more like this:

Task steps to get this Complete: (drag to the bottom when done) 

1. research affordable options
2. research qualified trades
3. get quotes
4. Choose one trader
5. Set up the next Task based on chosen contractor

Hi - i have already sent Landlord V  a feedback note about how frustrating it is not having a SAVE button at the top of the screen by the X Close button - having lost loads more work (now in Tasks, earlier it was in Contacts) here is my screen image so you can see WHY  this is becoming a real pain in the arse
