More votes are only achieved by existing users who (a) know the function is here (b) can be bothered to come and look every now and again (c) are only likely to view (like me) when they have a suggestion of their own and (d) don't think things are taken onboard as very few have been over a 2 year period.

Having the option to upload a rental property to Rightmove etc is a massive plus; I would happily pay a little more than the OpenRent price just to have it integrated in LV.

Once it is active and promoted by LV, it will bring in new users (paying customers).

Sorry, but the peer voting option doesn't work for something like this as prospective users aren't taken into account.

No point putting suggestions then - my post was merged to this just because it had the term "rightmove" but nothing like the original request from 2 years ago.

Its as if LV don't want to have it discussed so hide it in an old post - shame really as other software out there and will now investigate further to see what they offer.

There is a danger of being caught out if the documents have been updated but the folder hasnt.

Perhaps links to the official Gov documents instead - easy for the system to auto check links are still valid and report if not.

I previously used software that would pull in account transactions from various banks.

The idea was great in principle EXCEPT it pulled in ALL transactions - even prior to the date you want, so you could have hundreds if not thousands on pointless transactions bloating up the process and making reports totally worthless.

System MUST allow you to select what and for when you want info and remember it so it doesnt pull it all through the next time you connect.

Any progress on this?

Portfolio view showing upcoming items in next 7 days is great but it really needs the actual date in there too.
