Landlord Vision Legal Documents

Landlord Vision contains a series of legal documents which are provided to us by NetLawman and they are free to use as much as you like as part of your subscription.  You can find them in Tenant Manager > Tenancies > Click on the tenancy > Legal Documents tab.  The documents themselves are not editable but you can download them and edit them yourself.  After you've opened up one of the files, look for the Save to PDF icon in the top right hand corner and click the drop down box and then select Save as docx.  This will allow you to download the file in an editable format that you can open in most word processing packages (MS Word, Pages, etc,).  See this guide for more information.

This guide refers to the main site of Landlord Vision.  Please note that the content of some partner sites may vary.

AST

Landlord Vision contains just the one AST and it is suitable for all residential tenancies, whether single occupancy or HMO.  The AST is the only legal document that you can edit, from Tenant Manager > Tenancies > Click on the tenancy > Edit Tenancy > Tenancy Agreement Addendum.

  • Contacts > Landlords
  • Tenant Manager > Tenancies > Click on the tenancy
  • Guarantor
  • Deposit Scheme
  • Main Tenancy Details > Tenancy Details
