I would add these under the property 'Safety Certificates & Insurances'.  Add a new class called broadband and then set a contract end date and a early warning.

This has been bugging me for ages.  Hopefully a quick and simple fix to leave it defaulted to the last selection.  This way it keeps everyone happy.

I have just noticed this.  To ability to see both Journal and tasks for a property/tenancy would make these modules much easier to use.  Hopefully this is a simple feature request as the task and journals are already tagged with the property/tenancy, so just a case of showing it on the screens.

I would find this usefull as well.  Xero does this via tracking codes, so hopefully this can be done as LV already has all the tracking codes against each property.

It would be a benefit to be able to add an expense to the statement that has been imported via the scanned component of the system.  My letting agent will send an invoice for items such as repairs or certificates and then deduct from the money paid.  I would like to be able to enter this as a normal scanned receipt and then link to the statement.

Agree, as I need to be able to record that I have presented my tenant with a copy of the selective license certificate. 

Just been entering the past years worth of rents and this would be so much easier, it seems overly complicated to have this as a multi step process.  I always use a Fully Managed Letting Agent so will just reconcile everything when the rent hits my account minus their fees.

This can be extended to the property itself, so you have a list of certs you need, Gas, Elec etc.  Handy when you are to the point of knowing the property purchase is going to happen so you can quickly see what is still outstanding to get the property ready for rental.
