I think there are a couple of important issues with emailing reports to a Tenant.
1. Sending an email eg Statement of Accounts
The two main fields are populated with the tenants Name and email Address as expected
If you edit the email address this Updates it on the Tenant Record. This is not explicitly stated and not what I expected. You may wish to sent the report to another person for reference, but the Tenant Record is updated!
2. On sending an email it states that the email is from: MYNAME <myemail@xyz.com>
This is not the case. The email is sent from noreply@landlordvision.co.uk
3. Using this option, I do not get a copy of the email sent and so have no history of what I have sent via Landlord vision to a tenant.
4. There should be an option to CC: or BCC: so I can get a copy. As a workaround, I tried putting both emails addresses into the email address field with ; and , separators but this errored.
Or a copy is automatically sent to MyName when the Submit button is hit.

Danny
All the above is okay, however when going to enter the Expense, you need to fill in another section -Supplier Details, this is not referenced above.
Can you have an option to view/search all tasks on a property - Mobile App..
For example, I'm in the shop and need to buy goods, much easier if I could see all tasks where I need to buy something then have to go into each property and see what's been written.
Or
how about a function with the current view of Tasks (on a mobile) for a property that allows you to swipe to the next properties tasks, then the next etc....
Yes, for example, on the Expense Reports for a property, allow option to show the Payment Date. At the moment, all you get is a list of payments. With Direct Debits for utilities, etc, the report can be quite long and inter-dispersed with this could be small receipts.

Hi Roy,
Thanks for responding quickly, but I don't think that's the case. When I started this package, I had indeed got the pop-up message when I needed to upgrade the number required.
As I was populating and with the 90% discount price, I set this figure to 40 and this was close to the final number I needed. The cost was under a £10, so I was not unduly worried.
I am now on the non-discounted pricing.
With the Current Plan - 'Upto 40 active tenancies' set, the invoice for November 2022 is: £69.48
So, I have gone into the portal to change the Active Tenancies value, the lowest number allowed was 36, which I agree is the number I have and I have now changed the subscription to 36 and the system informs me that from the 1st December my subscription will be £64.20.
I have never had 40 tenancies on this portal at any time, so it's not a change in Deposit numbers in the billing month, but the £69.48 is the price quoted for 40 active tenancies.
What this tells me, is that the system does not actively count the number of active tenancies, but uses the number set in the Current Plan option.
Thanks
