As 360 cameras are becoming cheaper and faster to use maybe allow adding 360 camera images for periodic inspections.

Would be great to integrate with software like Inventory Hive or Kaptur or one(or more)  of the many inventory management software solutions that are popular in the market. Inventory Hive just reported they partnered with TDS .

It would totally streamline the process of working with LV. Almost all software and apps today use drag and drop. It's the easiest and most intuitive.

Drag and drop would be a game changer for Landlord vision and could save endless hours of upload time for each document. It would make using Landlord vision so much easier.

For all leasehold properties it would be great to upload all the info for the lease, including the lease for easier management.

Another inventory software we tried is Inventory Hive which is also great and allows merging 360 and 3D photos.

Today there's a lot of companies making similar inventory and periodic inspections and it would be extremely helpful to be able to have one of them merged with landlord vision.

If you could allow paying all expenses via your website and then log all those expenses automatically it would be a game changer as it would save hours of uploading receipts to your website.

I've been also using Plentific a maintenance software - in that website you place a float with a 3rd party vendor( in their case mangopay) - you add funds to your personal mangopay account - and can pay with those funds any of the vendors Plentific are affiliated with. But Plentific does the heavy lifting of the paperwork. They generate and record  invoices, receipts and later log  all those expenses and allow the user to get full detail charts of expenses.

One of the hardest things in property management is to keep track of all the payments done to endless vendors  and the paperwork associated with it and so if your website could help with that by eliminating the need to upload and later fill in details about each and every invoice and/or receipt- it would be truly remarkable for your users.

Or allow integrating software like Kaptur that is used by NLA and many other companies for inventory management.
