To all of those interested in this, how many documents that are needed to be signed would you say you downloaded from Landlord Vision in an average month?

Also, what other parties do you have who need to sign the documents as well as you and the tenant?

Do you mean the complete statement list on the Reconcile page or the list of available transactions when you are searching for a match manually?  With the former you would just import the April bank statement as the Reconcile page pulls everything through from the imported bank statements.  With the latter you can set current month or previous month (as well as defining a range) in the Time Period search box

Once you have set up a tenancy, you can use the early warnings feature to prompt you of this.  Open up your tenancy > Edit Tenancy > Early Warnings > Remind me on Specific Date, or you can create a tasks in the Calendar
