Open banking should make this pretty easy to capture the data nowadays and will obviously take care of all the rents and invoices, whereas GoCardless option will just capture the rents...

Same here.  I have many of these each month.  A 'copy/duplicate' function on expenses would be ideal (also on tenancy contracts,as many of mine are very similar...)
