Private/un secured loans, separate from mortgages would be great, also it would be good to be able to select whether they show up in the broker summary. The banks are usually only interested in mortgages when it comes to financing. 

I am personally not a big fan of the texting integration. SMS is an outdated and expensive technology.  Integration of free apps like WhatsApp or similar would be game changing. Free flow of large texts, images etc. 

A simple way round this that will save you money. Set up WhatsApp groups on your phone. It is free to message, send pictures etc, plus nearly everyone is on WhatsApp. The group functionality is perfect for contacting all the members of a house in one go and provides an excellent communication portal for the tenants to report an issue.

I am not sure if it is even possible but if WhatsApp was integrated into Landlord Vision that would be amazing and an extremely powerful tool plus would help to separate the communications of business and personal.

Bank Feeds are a standard feature of Sage and many other modern accounting applications. They work really well and save a lot of time plus really help to keep your system fully up-to date. Most bank accounts are capable of running bank feeds and it would be an excellent addition to Landlord Vision. Please add HSBC and Barclays Commercial card integration.
