Yes this is critical. It takes a long time to make sure that the chart of accounts tallies with the accountants sets of accounts for a year end, but then it is so easy to change things without realising it making future reconciliation really difficult and time consuming.

It would be really useful to be able to duplicate a lot of things in LV, accounting journals being one of them, as well as expenses too.

This feature is really critical as uploading documents is the most time consuming part of our LV workflow.

Would it work by creating one expense and then allocating portions of the total to the various properties from within that expense?

Both your suggestions already exist - when you click on an expense you can then click on the associated document that was uploaded with that expense.

Any news on when this might be implemented? Is a fairly crucial feature.

I have requested this in the past but was told it was not possible. It seems like an obvious feature to offer and one that a lot of users would find useful
