This would be really useful. We find we are renting to more and more none British passport holders so are having to use the home office web site to verify a tenants right to rent. Would be great if there was a better way to record the fact this was done, note down the expiry date with reminder and upload the PDF proof.

I agree this would be very useful, I assume it is just a matter of putting in the option in the back end and when we up load the document / fill in the certificate form (expiry date, EPC assessor, etc, we can put in the EPC band as well) would then be great if we can pull that info into a document showing all properties and their EPC bands.

@LandlordVision Any news on this, it would be really useful if we could add the current EPC rating to the property info and then be able to pull of a report showing all properties and their current rating.

Good idea, this would be very useful.

I have a similar thing as we are a off shore limited company and have to do this now and also submit iXBRL accounts, something that at the moment LV does not do. It would be great if they can make LV able to produce this report for accounts and also be an approved software for working with HMRC.

I was thinking the same thing yesterday, I hope this get done.

Yes this would be useful for us as well.

It would also be really useful to have documents (IE property info, safety certificates, etc) which can be allocated to a property and then would move across each time to a new tenancy is created. Currently this has to be done manually.

I agree for this, also it would be good to add things to the task list and not have to put a date. We need to add some items which need to be done, but they are not time specific.

I agree on this, also that it would be good to have the option to not have to put a date in. I have a lot of tasks that need doing but are not time specific.
