Just following on to this. It could be useful if the tenant could see "tenant journal" posts from Landlord Vision in their tenant area. If there was a tick box on LV tenant journal posts asking if you want to share this with the tenant, like we do for files we upload. The tenant could see a record of the conversation or whats happening with something at the property of their tenancy?

I agree Richard, WhatsApp would be good and now have a business version, I also see that you can use iMessage for business to customers/tenants contact as well. (Contacted Npower via iMessage yesterday).

I agree on this, would be really useful to have a photo with the log and description.
