Tenant Journal Export
When exporting a tenant journal via PDF it doesn't display the full notes.
Can you please change this so it displays the full notes.

Copy a room
Why not be able to copy a room and amend rather than have to create every room from scratch.
Any arrears figures to print-out in red
When printing out the payment schedule or statements etc it would be easier for tenants to understand if any missing payment amounts printed out in red. Maybe also in bold or a different font in case users have a black and white printer.
Prompt for issuing rent increase notices
A reminder 1-2 months before a year is up (or appropriate per contract) to issue rent increase notices.
View closed tasks on property screen
Currently you can onoly view outstanding tasks, but we'd like to be able to view closed tasks in the property screen.
Attach multiple documents to Tenant Journal
When adding Journal Entry, only one document can be attached
