Add "Useful & Emergency Numbers" section
Would be good to have a heading for Useful & Emergency Numbers, maybe under Property Essentials. These could then be printed on the Welcome Pack for use by the tenant.
At the moment I am putting these under Property Essentials-Other features, but a dedicated heading would be useful.
Add Commercial Property Lease Capability
Many property portfolios have a mix of residential and commercial/retail properties, so it would be really useful if LV was able to properly handle commercial leases and the different rental payment dates.
Self service - Applicant portal
It would be great if you had a url or portal link which could be sent to potential applicants to store their details and also ask them initial screening questions.
The idea to to expand the scope of the system to better cover the end to end interaction with the tenant from before the tenancy
Smoke Alarms

To be able to enter 1 invoice against different properties.
For example I get 1 invoice from my gas supplier but he has carried gas saftey checks at multiple properties. At the moment I have to enter the invoice 4 times and allocate each one to a different property.
Create a portfolio loan, unrelated to a specific property
I'd like to be able to create a loan that isn't tied to a specific property. E.g. a director's loan.
Ability to record mileages
It would be useful to keep a record of journeys undertaken and mileages

Digital Signatures on Moving in Documents
It would be great if we could use something like singable to have our documents digitally signed.
This would also need to be integrated into the mail merge section, so we can use other documents too.
This would save a lot of time, it would be great to get everything digitlally signed, then we just turn up to the property with keys.
AST renewal dates
Currently, the method is to expire the existing tenancy and create a new one. This however means that the original tenancy start date is lost. Is it possible to retain the original start date on the tenancy screen and have a separate field for the renewal date?
