Like mymoneydashboard and similar they have RULEs so that once the system has been told about a transaction when it see another similar (same reference, same accounts, same value) etc it asks if you want to create a rule to auto-add the entry.

Any plan to create a "Rule" generator ?

Lock prior accounting period so income, expenses or other entries cannot be entered to these periods by mistake.  Also, a notification alerting when posting more than 3 or 6 months ahead would be useful to avoid posting to future period in error.

If this software is promoted as property accounting yet it lacks an essential accounting feature to ensure data integrity.

If one forgets to print reports say at financial end, and require to pull out status as at a specified date to show what was outstanding as at that date, this is not possible, this feature is good for accounting and audit requirements.

Similarly it would be good to include a Vendors statement of account option just as statement of account you have for tenant.

When entering mortgage data sometimes mistakes can be made. When you go back to edit you are restricted to what can be edited as some things that have been entered CANNOT be changed and the only option is to delete and start ALL OVER AGAIN! There should be an option to 'unlock' all data for correction to avoid having to literally start all over again as this can become very frustrating.

We are wondering whether to include better support for FHLs in Landlord Vision.  If this is of interest to you, please add a vote and indicate what features in particular you would like to see (apart from the tax relief, obviously)

Would be great to select more than one document for attachment - even though there is a limit of 10 at a time, you still have to select one and then go back to the same folder to select another, it becomes very tedious. Even better would be a drag and drop option which has become common place elsewhere.

It would be really useful to be able to transfer properties to a different portfolio. We have several properties, some are owned in our personal name and the other in a limited company name. We are going to be selling the personally owned properties to the ltd company for tax reasons so would be good to transfer them on here. Either as of 'x' date (i.e completion date) or 'all history'.

Please add American Express as a bank feed so that my credit card transactions appear in the bank reconciliations.

Integration with accounting platforms such as Quickbooks and Xero, instead of using the Landlord Vision finance module. This should create the relevant invoices in the accounting package and sync so that payments are recorded in both places.
