Please can I request a live feed to Capital On Tap Credit Card is added to your list of bank integrations. Thanks
Calendar, Tasks, Agenda etc should have the ability to put a start and end time
would be great if you can put a start and end time in the calendar. As I have linked it to me google calendar every task or maintenance just shows up as an all day task. I see I can put in a start time but would be good if you could put an end time like all mainstream computer and mobile calendars have.
'Create Similar' for Expenses
Sometimes expenses that come through are not regularly repeated or identical but are very similar. It would be great to be able to click on an expense and have the option to 'create similar' to essentially replicate the expense but allow fields to be amended where required.
Store details of ground rents and estate management fees etc.
I have a flat that I pay a bunch of extra things for:
- Ground Rent
- Separate insurance
- Estates Management fees.
These are all paid annually.
As far as I can see, Landlord Vision has nowhere to store this information, and more importantly, it can't warn me when these things are due for renewal like it does for Gas Safety Checks.
Bank Statements
When reconciling is it possible to just see the month we want to reconcile and not the all the months
eg april 2017 only and not May 2017

I've found it tough to work out how each part relates to the other and how the systems are structured so an overview would be great. Plus some worked examples taking you right through from adding a property, a tenancy, tenants, invoice/rental payments right through to accounts etc etc
Add attachment feature to repeating expenses
Add the attachment feature to repeating expenses as you can with individual expenses to enable a yealy bills which would be on a repeating expense to be attached.
EPC - show on Property manager - Properties page - 2025 Band C
With the law changing in 2025 to say that all rental properties must be EPC band C or better then this makes the EPC information very important. Especially when it mentions £30,000 fines (per property) for landlords that don't comply.
It would therefore be very handy to display the EPC rating for my properties at a glance rather than having to download the attachments and check there. That would give me peace of mind I'm compliant.
The best place for this would be on the Property manager where all your properties are listed.
