With the changes to EPC coming in it would be very useful to be able to input the EPC letter Rating in a date field drop down menu when inputting an EPC certificate so you could then produce a report showing a list off all the properties EPC ratings. It would then be very easy to see which properties required work to improve the EPC.

A facility to add email message templates with merge fields that automatically go out at various dates during a tenancy. These could be a check in guide before tenancy start, instructions on how to check out or reminders for tenants at different stages. 

MTD VAT. Please could you add the ability to account for vat when we enter purchase and sales invoices. Not all of our portfolios are VAT registered, so please make the VAT 'on/off' option available per portfolio. Thank you.

An ability to search for an amount, account number etc which searches the whole system and brings back anything with this instead of having to go to lots of different sections to find what you are looking for would be extremely useful.

If you were able to take a photo of an inovice from the app straight into expenses a great deal of time and effort would be saved.

Would be nice to integrate into Zoopla or Nethouseprices type platforms in order to pull the latest valuations of each property in the portfolio. This will help with the property valuations page and also with the Mortgage Broker Summary page. 

Infact the integration could be used to get a feel for market rates for rent as well.
