I am looking to change a Tenants Rent going forward.  Today is the Rent Payment Day.  If I go into Change Rent tp set a new Rent, the drop down shows the current Rent Day and the last 3 months, BUT not the next on going forward. 

So I have to wait a day before I can update the system.  If I agree to a Rent change 3 months in advance this would also have the same problem.

Or am I missing something.

It would be great to be able to log in with a single click. Makes things more secure as well as quicker.

If you are limited company, then your paperwork should contains the registered office address as well as your company registration number.

Most organisations have this as a footer to their documents.

To have the option to have a different amount for the 1st expense, as the 1st payment is usually a rounding-up payment, and a different amount to the following 11 payments.

I am a landlord and I want to employ my son(s) in the business and pay them a salary to manage my business.  I would like to use LV as my one stop Landlord software package and be able to run a payroll including HMRC reports and link it to Making Tax Digital etc.

One report to see at a glance the EPC rating per property, instead of having to look through each individual property.  Would be helpful. 

To the team at Landlord Vision, 

Please would it be possible to update Landlord Vision's integration with Signable?

The functionality of the actual Signable website is a lot more advanced than the Signable functionality currently available in Landlord Vision, to the point where it isn't worth using the Landlord Vision integration because it takes too long, is a lot more cumbersome than using Signable directly and doesn't have the option of creating templates. 

For example, on the Signable website I have the option of uploading a word document once (e.g. a tenancy application form), creating the fields I want the prospective tenant to complete electronically and saving the form with the new fields as a template to be used over and over again. On Landlord Vision, I would have to create the electronic fields every time, because there is no option to create and save a template. 

Is this something that could be looked into?

The ability to make a copy of an expense or to duplicate lines within the expense would be really helpful for those expenses that you get on a fairly regular basis but not regular enough to create an automatic record.

It would save a lot of time and enable better consistency.
