bank statement - multiple transaction delete

It would be really time saving to be able to delete multiple transactions in one go from within bank statements.

I have many personal expenditure items which I have to manually delete one by one every month.

Allow the next occurrence of a repeating expense to be added early

There should be an 'Add Next Occurrence' button on a repeating expense to add the next occurrence to the expenses log.

There are three use cases for this:

  1. I want to pay the next occurrence of a recurring expense earlier than it is scheduled for, and I want to record this payment in LV.
  2. I want to schedule a payment with my bank for the next occurrence of a recurring expense that is automatically paid but via a different method to that configured (just this once), and I want to record this payment in LV now so I don't have to remember to do it later.
  3. I want to schedule a payment with my bank for the next occurrence of a recurring expense that is not automatically paid, and I want to record this payment in LV now so I don't have to remember to do it later.

Ability to add adhoc / one-off mortgage overpayments

Hi, 

I made overpayments to my mortgages, but not on a monthly basis.  It is great that as things are, the monthly mortgage payments and interest are created/posted.  I would like to be able to add in my additional adhoc payments - This would ensure mortgage balance and interest charges are calculated and charged properly.

Multiple Property Journal Entries

I record almost all of my business activity in the journals. However, many times one task can cover multiple properties (e.g. conversation with a letting agent regarding fees).

Currently, this requires me to rewrite journal entries for each properties but a much more efficient solution would be to assign one journal entry to multiple properties and so have the entry come up in each individual property section but be linked.

Any chance you can add Starling Bank? It is the most prominent challenger bank.

Allow tenants to update contact details via tenant area to sync with Landlord Vision

It would be great if tenants had the option to update their contact details via the tenant area, which could then sync across to the contacts in Landlord Vision.
